Booking Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation with Bourbon Adventure & Tour.
1. Reservations & Deposits
All bookings require a deposit at the time of reservation. Full payment is due prior to your tour date. Reservations are not confirmed until a deposit has been received.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7–13 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling
Guests may reschedule their booking up to 7 days before the tour date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the tour date may incur a fee.
4. Group Bookings
Group bookings of 8 or more guests require a separate agreement. Please contact us directly to arrange group reservations.
5. Liability
Bourbon Adventure & Tour is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in tours or experiences. Guests participate at their own risk.
6. Weather & Force Majeure
In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel tours. Affected guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
7. Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any guest from a tour who behaves in a manner that is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to staff, other guests, or the environment.
