How do I book a tour or experience?
All tours and experiences are booked through our website. Browse the experience you're interested in, select your preferred option, and submit your reservation inquiry. Our team will confirm availability and send you a secure payment link within 24 hours.
Do I pay at the time of booking?
No. You submit your reservation inquiry first. Once we confirm availability for your requested date and group size, we'll send you a secure invoice link to complete your payment. Your spot is only confirmed once payment is received.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 7β14 days in advance, especially for group tours, private dining experiences, and resort stays. Peak season availability fills quickly β book early to secure your preferred date.
Can I book for a group?
Yes. We welcome groups of all sizes. Please include your group size in your reservation inquiry so we can confirm capacity and provide any applicable group pricing. Our Group Tour Package is specifically designed for larger parties.
What information do I need to provide when booking?
Please include your full name, email address, phone number, preferred date, group size, and any special requests or dietary requirements.
What happens if my preferred date is unavailable?
We'll respond within 24 hours and offer 2β3 alternative available dates. If none of those work, we'll invite you to check back for future availability.
Can two people book the same tour slot?
No. Each tour slot is confirmed on a first-paid basis. We do not hold slots without payment.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout.
Do you offer deposits?
Full payment is required to confirm your booking by default. Deposit arrangements may be considered for large groups or special events β please contact us to discuss.
Are prices per person or per group?
Pricing varies by experience. Individual experiences are priced per person. Group packages are priced per group β the listing will clearly indicate which applies.
Are there any additional fees on arrival?
No hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Any optional add-ons will be clearly communicated before booking.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please review our full Refund & Returns Policy for complete details. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you are travelling from abroad.
What happens if weather affects my tour?
The safety and comfort of our guests is our priority. If severe weather prevents an experience from running safely, we will offer you a reschedule or a full refund. We will contact you as early as possible if conditions require a change.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, subject to availability. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled experience to request a reschedule.

Where are you located?
We are located in Port Howe, Cat Island, Bahamas β spanning Lyford Plantation (150 acres) and Bourbon Plantation (600+ acres). Detailed directions will be provided in your booking confirmation.
How do I get to Cat Island?
Cat Island is accessible by air via Bahamasair and charter flights from Nassau, and by ferry from Nassau. We recommend confirming your travel arrangements before booking your experience.
Is there parking available?
Yes, on-site parking is available at no charge.
What should I wear and bring?
We recommend comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes for farm and outdoor experiences. Sunscreen, a hat, and a water bottle are strongly advised. Specific packing guidance will be included in your booking confirmation based on your chosen experience.

Are experiences suitable for children?
Many of our experiences are family-friendly, including the Guided Farm Tours and Fruit Picking experiences. Some experiences such as horseback riding have age or weight requirements β these will be noted on the individual experience listing.
Are experiences accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
Please contact us before booking so we can advise on the suitability of specific experiences and make any reasonable accommodations.
What is the Bourbon Healing Pond?
The Bourbon Healing Pond is a sacred natural landmark on Bourbon Plantation β a historically significant site where enslaved people once found refuge and healing. It is a deeply meaningful part of our Historical Tours and is treated with the utmost respect by our guides and guests.
How long do tours typically last?
Duration varies by experience. Guided Farm Tours typically run 1β2 hours. Historical Tours run approximately 2 hours. Full-day packages and dining experiences vary β duration is listed on each experience page.

Can I purchase farm products without booking a tour?
Yes. Our Souvenir & Artisan Shop and farm produce are available to purchase directly through our online store. Select items are also available for purchase on-site during your visit.
Do you ship products?

Are your products organic?
Our produce is grown using sustainable, eco-conscious farming practices across both plantations. Specific organic certifications are noted on individual product listings where applicable.
