Digital Experiences & Tour Bookings

Due to the nature of our digital experiences and tour bookings, all sales are final once a booking is confirmed. However, we understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours before your scheduled experience and we will do our best to accommodate you with a credit toward a future booking.

Physical Products

If you are not satisfied with a physical product, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
